Question Time With..... Anttix

The moment you have all been waiting for. So many readers contacted us and asked for a Question Time With Anttix and here it is!!!

1. How did your journey in the new music industry started?Well.. It all started back when I was 18, I used to write tracks and put them on myspace, an A&R guy from universal scouted me and invited me to London to perform at a showcase. 

2. You have been traveling around the UK performing at schools, clubs and festivals. Will you also be performing in other countries? Yes deffo. As well as the UK I've already performed across Europe: Norway, Denmark, France, Germany,Portugal and so many other places I can't even remember haha!  I've literally just got back from New York which was crazy and am heading back to the states in April. 

3. Your debut single ‘Tornado’ made the internet and social media go crazy. How did you feel when you first saw it available on iTunes?Ahhh do you know what I love Tornado it was wicked!  I love seeing my music come to life, I love seeing tracks being available to buy, I love love love it!

   Your new single ‘Be Alright’ has just been released. What is the message of the song?

Be alright is a track that was released to support the UK safer internet organisation, which is working with young people to promote awareness of cyber bullying. I feel so strongly about this and feel that as a nation it is something we need to support. Its madness that people are so unkind online and we all need to help promote a safer internet community.  

What music do you listen and who are your musical influences? I listen to loads of different stuff like so many different stuff its mental, the itunes chart influences me massively deffo. If it’s in the top 100 I download it. My best album of 2013 was without adought little mix their tracks are wicked!  

6. If you could work with anyone on a song, who would it be? Totes! Jessie J. We would work so well together I would love it

7. Has anything bad ever happened whilst you have been on stage? I’ve forgot lyrics a few times. But Im lucky as im a solo artist if I mess up I can just talk and interact with the crowd haha.. But if you’re in a band it’s a bit awks.
