Big In 2014 (Groups)

Now we are into the new year we have decided to choose the bands and singers we feel are going to be big in 2014.

Here are the bands which we think will make a big impact in 2014:


NVS (United Kingdom)

This group was one of the support acts on JLS last ever tour in 2013. Not only have they been working hard on new music, they also managed to find time to do a school tour, have photoshoots and even answer questions for our Question Time With....
2014 will see the group release new music and we feel it is going to be a big year for NVS!

The United (Members from Sweden, Germany, Holland, Italy and United Kingdom)

What a year 2013 was for this group. With a European PR Tour, the release of their debut single 'Stay Young', a tour in Japan, their debut album 'We Are The United being released in Japan and their second single 'So Wicked' entering the Dance Charts in Japan at number 5!
The group released a video saying that they haven't forgotten about their European fans and in 2014 they will be focusing on the European markets. We can't wait to buy their album!

Third Degree (Australia)

Third Degree came 4th on The X Factor Australia 2013. Since then they have toured Australia with The X Factor Tour as well as releasing their first single 'Different Kind Of Love which entered the Australian chart at number 22.
With their Dance/Pop sound which should be played in all clubs around the world and being compared to the Black Eyed Peas, 2014 is going to be a great year for this band!

Union J (United Kingdom)

With 2 top ten singles (Carry You, Beautiful Life), a top ten album (Union J), featured in the film 'Kick-Ass 2' and a headlining UK tour (just to name a few things that the band have done), 2013 was a fantastic start for Union J.
Although a certain person (Louis Walsh) has said that he expected Union J to be bigger and to have already had a number, we feel that the lads has much more to give and with a fanbase that is ever growing, One Direction had better watch out!
Their 3rd single 'Loving You Is Easy' (written by Jason Derulo) has just been released and is available on iTunes now!

Cover Drive (Barbados)

The group that has already toured with Rihanna and had a number one UK single in the past experienced what it was like as a group in 2013 to release music and organize everything independently and what a great job they did.
They released a promo video for their song 'All My Love', toured the UK on a headline tour, released a their comeback single 'Lovesick Riddim' and have released their EP 'Limin' In Limbo' which is just a taster of what is to come on their second album which is due for release in 2014.
With the bad weather at the moment, we need Cover Drive to bring us some feelgood songs and sunshine!
