Big In 2015 (Groups)

1. Only The Young

It's been a while since we got excited about a mixed group (boys and girls) and if you weren't watching The X Factor UK series 11 then you missed out some amazing performances from Only The Young. The 4 piece group are friends who live together and according to all the other contestants in the X Factor house, the group eats, breaths and sleeps music.

The group are currently touring the UK as part of The X Factor Tour but we are sure that once the tour is over, these guys will taking the music industry by storm.

Be sure to keep up to date with all things OTY by following them on their social media pages:

2. Chasing Midnight

So after dreaming about more mixed groups, suddenly we came across Chasing Midnight! You may be looking at the photo and thinking that you have seen two of their members before. Well if you are a fan of The X Factor UK, you will recognise Greg (2nd from the left) and Dan (far right) who were part of boy band District 3.
Although we were fans of District 3, we are so happy the group didn't continue because otherwise we would not of got Chasing Midnight! The group was put together by Jayne Collins (known as the brains behind putting The Wanted and The Saturdays together) so all we are going to say is be prepared for something magical with this group!

The group has recorded a few songs and will also be performing live over the next few months!

3. Clover

So ladies, its time to brush up your Spanish because Clover is a boy band from Barcelona and with their amazing vocals and harmonies, they are going to take the music world by storm! Yago, Alex, Chris and Albert (from left to right) have already got the attention from Backstreet Boys who sent them a thank you message to Clover for covering their song 'I'll Never Break Your Heart'.

Clover have been touring around Spain and also shared the same stage as Union J and The Vamps. With their song 'Solider' (only available in Spain at the moment) the group showcases their vocals on this up tempo dance track.

The management and producers have said that they will try and make the video for 'Soldier' available worldwide soon!

Till then we will continue learning more Spanish sentences for Clover, los chicos guapos (the handsome guys).

4. G.R.L
In 2014 G.R.L celebrated their major international breakthrough with their song 'Ugly Heart'. On September 5th 2014 band member Simone Battle was found dead after taking her life due to depression and personal struggles she was having. Just after this news, there was a statement released by the rest of the ladies and then it went quiet.

We are now happy to announce the ladies are back with a new single which is dedicated to Simone and is called 'Lighthouse'.
G.R.L are now working on their album which is hoped to be released in 2015 as well as recently performing in Dubai.

We are very excited to see what the ladies have in store for us in 2015!

5. Union J

2014 was such a big year for Union J. They had two top ten singles with 'Tonight (We Live For Ever)' entering the chart at number 9 and 'You Got It All' (their highest charting single to date) entering the chart at number 2. They also released their second album 'You Got It All' which gave them their second top 30 album entering the UK chart at number 28. Stand out tracks from the album include; 'Central Park', 'All About A Girl', 'Girl Like You', 'One More Time' and 'YOLO'. As well as that, they were invited to perform in Spain for the Coke-Experience concert.

In 2015 they will be supporting The Vamps on their UK Tour and will also be releasing a new song soon.

6. Fifth Harmony

They are the most successful act to come from The X Factor US and with millions of fans around the world, Fifth Harmony are going to be enjoying a very successful 2015.
The ladies performed in the UK in 2014 to help promote their song 'Boss' and in February they released their debut album 'Reflection' which has already charted in the US at number 5.

They ladies will be touring the US in 2015 to promote the album and we are sure they will be seen on our television screens throughout the year!
