Should Have Charted Higher!

Every year it's the same story. There is a song that is released but doesn't chart as high as people would have expected.

Here are the songs we think should have charted higher in 2014:

1. Justice Crew - Rise & Fall
After Justice Crew stayed on top of the Australian charts for 9 consecutive weeks with their song 'Que Sera', we were very surprised when their next single 'Rise & Fall' only charted at number 11 in Australia.
Both songs can be found on their debut album 'Live By The Words' which entered the Australian chart at number 7.

2. Nicole Scherzinger - On The Rocks and Run
Nicole Scherzinger signed a new recording contract with Sony believed to be worth around 5 million Dollars. With her success on The X Factor UK, many people believed success was going to be easy for Nicole's next solo songs. This was sadly not the case.
Her song 'On The Rocks' which she performed on the MOBO Awards in the UK, entered the UK chart at number 90.

Nicole then came back with a power ballad 'Run' which she performed on The X Factor UK. This didn't really help as she once again missed out on the UK Top 40 Chart by entering the top 100 at number 46.

Her album 'Big Fat Lie' which features these songs entered the UK Chart at number 17 so its not all bad news!

3. The Saturdays - What Are You Waiting For?

The Saturdays have had a pretty good 2014. Their greatest hits album (Finest Selection:The Greatest Hits) entered the UK chart at number 10.
The song 'What Are You Waiting For' entered the chart at number 38 making it their worst UK Chart position so far. It did however enter the Scottish chart at number 12.
