The Big Reunion 2014

The Big Reunion has been very successful this year turning a one off concert at the Hammersmith apollo into a full UK Arean Tour.

The Big Reunion will be returning to our screens in 2014 but which bands should be on it?
Here is our Top 5 favourites:


1. Big Brovaz

Known for their mixture of R&B, Hiphop, Dance, Pop style, Big Brovaz were one of the most successful mixed groups the UK has ever had.
Since the split, two of the female singers joined forces to create a new group called BootyLuv.

We feel it would be amazing to have Big Brovaz performing once again!

2. Clea

After making it to the finals of Popstars: The Rivals but not making the final formation of Girls Aloud, the girls came together to form Clea. Clea performed all around the world and were know for their fantastic vocals and feelgood songs.

3. S Club 7

Remember those songs at the school disco? You know songs like 'Don't stop moving' and 'Reach'. Although we don't admit it, we all know the words.
It is now time to get the S Club party started!!

4.  Eternal

They were the females with R&B girlpower! Their songs were played all over the world and their greatest hits album is an album that most people have in their CD collections.
With strong vocals and amazing looks, Eternal is the band everybody wants to see and hear once again!

5. Industry

Industry were an Irish-UK group who started off their career in the music industry with 2 number 1 singles in Ireland and were support act for the Pussycat Dolls. All 4 singers were more than just singers. They could play their own instruments and they also wrote their own songs.
The biggest problem was the fact that the promotion of the band was only made in Ireland which meant the rest of the world were not fortunate to hear their amazing songs!

Blue are Back!!!

It's been a while since we have heard from one of the UK's top boybands but it is great to see Blue are back. Their new release 'Hurt Lovers' has already entered the top 10 chart in Germany (number 7) and their album 'Roulette' has also been successful in mainland Europe.

Now they are ready to get back into the UK charts. Having been introduced back on the UK music scene thanks to ITV2's 'The Big Reunion', Blue are now back on track. 'Hurt Lovers' is now available on Itunes and it will be interesting to see where it enters the chart on Sunday.

The Album 'Roulette will be released on the 28th April.

Anttix - Tornado

Anttix is a name you will be hearing very soon (if you haven't heard it already). Having toured most of the UK and recently performed in portugal (his first international gig), he is now ready to release his debut single 'Tornado'.
Due for release on the 26th May, Tornado showcases the vocal talent of Anttix. The song can now be pre-ordered on Itunes.

All over for JLS

The news that fans didn't want to hear! After 5 years riding high in the charts, JLS has announced that they will split after their tour!
Finding success after coming 2nd on The X Factor UK (behind Alexandra Burke), JLS has gone on to have 5 UK number 1 singles as well as many top 10 singles and albums. Their most successful track to date 'Everybody In Love' also entered charts in the US.

So what's next for the lads? Nothing has been confirmed but we are sure that they will start signing up to Twitter to keep their fans up to date.

Union J - Carry You

Monday 22nd April was the first day that the Jcats (Union J fans) were able to hear the bands debut single 'Carry You' on the radio. Excited fans hit Twitter and Facebook to say how amazing they thought the song was.
However, not everyone thinks the song is the right song for the group. There were many comments about how the chorus didn't really take the song anywhere and how it sounded a bit like a Jennifer Lopez song.

The few negative comments have not put the fans off and the song is already in the ITunes chart on pre-orders alone!
If that's not enough, George has said he will sit naked in a bath full of beans if the song goes to number 1 (great way to increase sales).

All in all, we think it is a great track which showcases amazing vocals and we are sure it is going to be a hit!

Vince Kidd feat. Vanessa White - The Zoo

We all know Vince Kidd from Team Jessie J on series 1 of The Voice UK. Having released his song 'Sick Love' back in November 2012, Vince is now ready to get all excited with his new single 'The Zoo'. All we can say is it is a sexual masterpiece and Vince has help this time from his friend Vanessa White from The Saturdays!

The song comes out on the 2nd June and all we can say is can't wait to see this in the charts worldwide!

Cleo (The Voice UK)

She is best known as being 1/3 of british girlband Cleopatra but she has decided to take a music journey of her own. Cleo Higgins suprised all the judges on The Voice UK with her version of Beyonce's 'Love on Top' and had Jessie J turning her chair in 3 seconds (The fastest ever chair turn in the history of The Voice).

In the end it was Team Will that she chose but many people believe that Cleo has what it takes to win the whole competition. What do you think?

District3 vs Union J

Two bands well know for their amazing vocals and good lucks after performing on the 9th series of The X Factor UK. But which band is your favourite?

District3:
District3 are Dan, Greg and Micky and they showed the UK how a boyband should harmonize. They have just announced a UK tour starting in May and have been teasing fans on Twitter about how they are in the studio writing songs.

Union J:
Union J are George, JJ, Jaymi and Josh. Having finished 4th in The X Factor, Union J's fanbase just keeps getting bigger and that is also helped with magazine features also in Germany.
Their first single 'Carry You' will be released on the second of June!

The Saturdays in Deutschland

The Saturdays are officially in mainland Europe!!! That's right, they are currently in Germany to help promote the UK number 1 single 'What About Us' which was released in Germany on the 5th April as well as let all the TeamSatsGermany know about 'Weg Nach Oben' (Chasing The Saturdays tv show).
Let's hope the girls have the success they deserve in Germany!

Post Easter Music Baby!

We are back! Did you have a nice Easter? Well here is all the music news that has caught our attention lately!!!

First up is news about the Jonas Brothers. Their fantastic new song 'Pom Poms' features lots of cheerleaders, big band instruments and the song is so catchy that you are going to be singing it in your sleep!! It was released on the 2nd April in the US and will be released in most music markets in July.
